Backport fix for 258182 to 4.7

Fix crash in moon phase almanach

1. Read Moon images from texture manager
2. Store array of pixmaps instead of array of pointers to pixmap
   and avoid manual memory management entirely.

Committing Alexey's fix for 279026 bug.

New code expect astroids.dat and comets.dat in csv format with
23 and 21 columns respectively. But it doesn't check that format
is correct and this results in reading beyond end of array
with results we all were able to observe

Trivial to fix if spotted.
