action-button: remove applets that does not exist

Commit 0824c4201d9f74207d752c823984a94805b41248 removed
"Connect to Server..." applet because required application does
not exist.

That created new useless runtime warning:
Unknown action type 'connect-server'

Fix that by removing applet from panel.
