Use AnyPropertyType when getting _MOTIF_WM_HINTS property.

Description of the Change

Use AnyPropertyType when getting _MOTIF_WM_HINTS property.

xprop -f _MOTIF_WM_HINTS 32c -set _MOTIF_WM_HINTS "0x2, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0"
This can be used to turn off window decorations, but does not work in compiz.
