Per some recent feedback, READMEs should be more end user focused, so simplify usage instructions

add ubuntu user to microk8s group, so we can avoid sudo shenanigans

try to update /etc/hosts on config-changed

remove test code

alias kubectl for autocert

test refresh_etc_hosts more thoroughly

ignore unpacked charm

open API port

_update_etc_hosts: defer if we didn't get all expected hosts

And refactor, replacing test_update_hosts_with with test_refresh_etc_hosts.

don't pollute shell when preparing venv
