Description of the change
Allow the GTK event loop to run during recursive dependency calculation. To test, you'll need lots of updates available. Without the patch, the dialog will gray-out.

Looks fine to me thanks :)
As a tiny nit I personally would prefer something like eventloop_callback or so, but that really really minor.
So +1 for merge/upload.
