fix wandering systems after edit to second or subsequent systems

WHen editing the second or later system on a page,
we don't relayout the previous systems on the page.
Thus, the already-spread value is used as a starting point
causing it to spread further and further with each edit,
and also the calculation of the restHeight for spread of systems
is also off.

Fix is to called the new restoreLayout2() for all those initial systems.

fix #277756: no kerning for MuseJazzText

When MuseJazzText was first introduced (as MuseJazz),
there was quite a bit of good kerning info.
This was lost when MuseJazzText was split of from MuseJazz -
the kern tables never made the transition.

Although the old kern information is still available in GitHub,
it turns out to no longer work well - too much has changed in the font
(in particu,ar, it seems glyph bearings have been narrowed).
So this commit creates a brand new kern table to MuseJazzText.otf,
using FontForge's autokern feature to generate some reasonable values
for a hand-selected set of character classes.

Restore original system layout data earlier so collectPage() is using the correct information.
This solves a very strange and sometimes unpredictable behavior of spacers in combination with vertical staves adjustment.
