exaile.desktop: Setting Name to Exaile, moving the old names to X-GNOME-FullName.

According to the spec, Name is just the app name, not name + generic name. "Exaile Music Player" is--in GNOME's term--a full name, for which they use the non-standard X-GNOME-FullName. See http://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/CorrectDesktopFiles .
