Fixed a bug where right clicking either 'All Tasks' or 'Tasks without tags' would lock the view on to the previously selected tag until something else was right clicked.

Fixed a bug where right clicking a tag with 'displayed in workview' unchecked would send a checkbox toggled signal and, because of the previous fix, reset the cursor position prematurely.
