Fixed a small bug, I indluded parser.c instead of parser.h in djanit.c, which failed at compilation !

Hacked around the Header file inclusion, now parser.h only contains
prototypes and parser.c contains the parsing functions , thanks to
Mohamed Aslan for doing that !!Created a Makefile
