Rip out pulseaudio as best we canas it's provided by a separate snap now -- that snap is not working for user sessions yet -- but neither is our current pulseaudio support working, so no regressions at least, and the work is happening in the right place now; plus removed a couple explicit stage-packages that were being pulled in by qt5-desktop anyway
