LongLoadingImage: on clear make sure animations are stopped.
One nasty consequence was shortly invisible items in the grid widget when
dragging very quickly back and forth.

Carrousel: do not destroy and recreate all the widgets for any change of the model's
content. It was incurring a performance penalty at startup.

List widgets: default selected_item_index is now -1 when no model is set, 0
when a non empty model is set.
It fixes bugs in all the 3 visualisation modes. The first time a menu was
entered the label (Grid and Coverflow) or the preview (Vertical list) were not
updated.
