Merge Media Scanner Feedback branch:
 - the media scanner now first calculates the number of files to scan per source
 - each source is now represented with a name (source folder name)
 - the scanning widget is now showing the name, so that the user knows what is
 currently scanned
 - scanning widget now shows the progress of the scan (in percent)
 - the scanning widget does not restart the animation if it is already running
 - media scanner test fixes

Hardcoded configuration file name in order to avoid its rewriting
starting from Elisa 0.5.6. This is a temporary solution that is valid for
the moment given that there is no configuration to upgrade for now.

Merge the implementation of the "extend-add-folders" blueprint:
Settings/Add Folders now displays a list of locations containing the user's home folder and all the found devices.
