Continued work on a Media Foundation IMFSourceReader-based SoundSource for reading MPEG4 AAC files under Windows 7 and up. Media Foundation was introduced in Vista, but the AAC decoder wasn't added until 7. Originally at lp:~mixxxdevelopers/mixxx/features_m4a_thehardway but that branch had weird merge issues.
