Description of the Change

Move window switcher plugins to compiz-plugins-default.

Compiz only depends on compiz-plugins-default, while it is unusable as a standalone WM without a window switcher.

Verified this does not break upgrades on Unity, Gnome flashback, or MATE sessions.

Note: this needs the version updated in Breaks, as wily already has 15.10.20150627.

I am on vacation, and not yet sure if I'll be able to fix that before Wednesday.
