Description of the change

Hi team,

ppa is https://launchpad.net/~mirespace/+archive/ubuntu/spamassassin-dmarc-mir
       ppa:mirespace/spamassassin-dmarc-mir

This is for enabling again libmail-dmarc-perl before promoting it.

I filled a FFe bug also (linked).
