This the option #3 to temporarily fix the mismatched component issue with libcryptX-perl that comes from the version of libmail-dkim-perl on -proposed : block the sync with a ubuntu suffix. This is a more temporal block that including the package un the sync-blocklist.
The MP is ready for review, but in the same way that the MP for the sync-blocklist, I keep it WIP while we agree on the best approach to take here.
Feel free to move it to Needs Review if I'm OOO and the decision has been taken, or reject it if another of the solutions has been chosen.
