platform: add deprecation path for mg::BufferUsage for the nested
platform. This adds a path to create a software buffer, and uses the
extensions to create the hardware buffers.

  Wait longer for nested server being started up

  According to logs the display output reports happen after two seconds. After that a client still has to connect and swap buffers to make the nested server appear on host. Then we still have to wait for the focus change to happen in host.

Renaming display_configuration in the public API functions to display_config as we cannot claim the proper name in time.

android-egl: change the function to get an ANativeWindow from accepting a MirBufferStream to using MirRenderSurface. Also plumb through the ANativeWindow::perform hook for SET_BUFFERS_DIMENSIONS, which is how the hybris driver can resize when MirRenderSurface has a size change.

Checked with the yet-unproposed mir plugin for hybris and mir_demo_client_egldiamond

Tag the the platform message api as deprecated. We are moving to just having the mir platform, and having extensions on top of that for compatibility with other platforms.
