Rename some classes in graphics/nested:
mir::graphics::nested::NestedDisplay -> mir:graphics::nested::Display
mir::graphics::nested::NestedDisplayOutput -> mir:graphics::nested::DisplayBuffer
and split HostSurface to its own header file.
