Patchmetrics Crowd team integration, moving away from Launchpad.

  * Added Crowd and CrowdUser classes used to interact with the Crowd API.
    The Crowd class handles the connection and performs the queries.
    CrowdUser is a handy class for a user object coming from Crowd.
  * Added new methods that need to be enabled when switching completely
    to Crowd, that perform the same actions as the previous Launchpad
    oriented ones.
