Set nirvana timeout to a very small value in TestToolsBase setUp to
speed up tests. Since this call is made in setUp, the system is idle
already.

Use fake FilesystemMonitor class in FakeMain (used by
FakeMainTestCase, thus used by IPCTestCase) to avoid dirty reactors
when PB connection is not closed in some cases, and to avoid
