scripts: Use ${CT_TARGET}-strip to strip gdbserver (backport)

Backport r3063:f36c207348ef. Rollback the previous fix and backport the fix
from upstream. ${CT_TARGET}-strip should be on $PATH for both cross and
canadian builds.

GDB fails with a duplicate symbol error when compiling for win32.
Hack off for now.

The original fault has gone away due to removing the multiarch support.

Pull in a trunk snapshot plus the aarch64 patches as patches. Add to

Build the linux hosted configurations first so we can pick up any
configuration errors before doing the win32 builds.

patches/eglibc: add guards to sys/types.h for win32.

The win32 cross build conflicts with caddr_t and daddr_t in the glibc
sys/types.h. Put guards around to prevent a build error in the final
compiler step.
