Bugfix: DBI driver DSO (ltpgsql.so) load failure is not propagated back to
client. Actually segfaulted in server module.

Other misc fixes to get basic client_test working.

Compiles but will not work with debian build without libconfigduo, which is not
in Ubuntu.
