20100621 maxb Having reviewed the structure of the source svn repository I believe it is likely that /trunk/rosegarden should be imported, not /trunk. CV: Remove drawAll() optimizations

Turns out that for the most important use case, recording, just
redrawing everything is slightly faster. I'm guessing that Qt4
is significantly better optimized than Qt3 was, so these drawing
optimizations are no longer effective.

Removing these frugal drawing optimizations had no effect on
auto-scrolling since everything was being redrawn anyway.
