Fixed the version previously known as 0.91 (my version); now known as 0.93. Updated with the current contents of WhatsNew.txt, including Launchpad bug IDs.
Now prepared to package version 0.93-0ppa1.
99. By Matt Giuca on 2011-02-12: debian/copyright: Reverted r95, so the GPLv2 license once again contains the "or any later version" clause.
This is not entirely clear, given that Readme.txt does not include this clause. However, I discovered that typing 'warranty' inside the program itself does display this clause (see hf-lab.hlp), so it is fairly safe to assume this is the intended license.

Fixed license so it no longer reads 'or any later version'. Some of the files do not contain this clause, so it is only safe to assume the program is not permitted to be licensed under later versions of the GPL.
