1. Fixed a subtle side-effect of having removed the recycling of the FD structure
attached to the loops, which was necessary to solve a fermion flow problem.
The problem was that as a result, some of the external wavefunctions were not
recycled as they should have. This could be fixed by creating the wavefunctions
of the FD structures with *all* the different lorentz structure *at once* instead
