Fix broken bintar packages.
The -MariaDB element of the tarfile that make_binary_distribution
creates was removed in 5.3, but is still present in 5.1 and 5.2.
So detect which one we have, and do the appropriate thing

On Ubuntu 11.04 "natty", zlib is no longer in /usr/lib/, so
--with-zlib-dir=/usr does not find it. But --with-zlib-dir= (empty string)
works.
