Remove --with-libevent --with-pstack and --without-plugin_innodb_plugin
since MySQL doesn't support them. (1: added in MariaDB, 2: recently removed
in MySQL, 3: I guess has something to do with xtradb vs innodb.)

make show-dist-name is MariaDB addition. Just use ls *.tar.gz instead!

More spit and polish with the upload and repo creation.
Quit using ~maria-captains/... branches and start using
~mepsql-committers/mepsql/mepsql-5.1 (this is a branch of the FB code)

When this compiles, just add more Ubuntu slaves and we are ready to BETA!

Fix 2 dh_movefiles errors found when testing to build:
After disabling Arjen's my.cnf, we had none left. Not good.
One mariadb -> mepsql replacement was missed.

Learned that the second part of ~mepsql-committers/bakery/trunk actually
refers to an existing lp project "bakery" and lp makes some bad assumptions.
Start using ~mepsql-committers/mepsql-bakery/trunk instead.
Had to register new lp project mepsql-bakery for this. Seemed like a bad
idea to mix unrelated branches under mepsql project. (LP creates stacked
branch.)

Seems like renaming this file to mepsql-* is a good idea after all.
