* Stop presenting a debconf prompt for the eula:
  - debian/control:
    + don't b-deps on po-debconf
    + don't pre-depends on debconf
  - debian/config, debian/googleearth.{preinst,postinst}, debian/po,
    debian/templates: dropped.
* Stop splitting data in a different package (drop googleearth-data), it
  was potentially creating many bugs and was a maintenance burden.
* debian/googleearth.launch-script.in: export LC_NUMERIC=en_US.UTF-8 to
  fix wrong positions for placemarks. lp: #402787
