* Merge with Debian multimedia. Remaining changes:
  - debian/control:
    + update Maintainer, move the old one to XSBC-Original-Maintainer
    + drop the Bugs field
    + add an Uploaders field
    + add the Vcs-* fields.
  - remove debian/README.source
  - remove debian/source/ directory
* New upstream release.
* Fix build by removing wrong strcasestr() declaration.
* Added support for ccache.
