Multiple Fixes and Security Fixes
Client -
FriendsListGUI now spawns where you previously closed it
The GUI now displays a message when attempting to create a game with no GameType selected.
Server-
No more exceptions when stoping the server before starting it
Dispose the AdminGUI when close, so we can close the server without Ending it's task
Salt the database in addition to hashing it, the salt is now stored in a new Table, the ServerConfig table.

Removed the "guest" UserType
Fixed some bugs with the client login gui.
Does not log in when initialized, as there is no guest type anymore, and other various side-effects of logging out are no longer there.
Removed all code dealing with the special case of a guest type.
You get the point -- bye bye guest type
