At the moment if a pqm run fails you get a multi-thousand line message listing all the tests that did pass. This is not really helping anyone. This patch turns off --verbose.

Ultimately it would be nice to run --subunit and send some kind of summary...

If you turn it off, does that mean we lose the progress information from
the PQM interface (just seeing that the tests are running and updating,
not the actual progress bar).

Otherwise I agree the emails are a bit verbose.
