removed unused code. signals was a good idea and I'm sure we could use it for something later on, but for this case it was replaced by some django-allauth functions and some __init__ magic

used pip freeze to make new requirements.txt. This makes sure that the versions are the same.

Merges lc2-signup.
* Creates SignupForm, saves data.
* Configures allauth to require email and verification on signup.
* Makes form work on facebook-users. Prepopulates field with available data from facebook.
* Makes profile show all available info.
* Bootstrap-ify templates: signup (both facebook and non-facebook), login and logout.
