Photo screen appears to be working.

Fixed the PhotoAlbums screen.

Progress bar is working again, but something is very wrong with the
VideoTexture and its locking the AudioPlay screen for a while. Not sure how
to debug right now.

Got the Music screen to at least show up without tracebacks. There are still
some obvious problems.

Fixed the ScrollArea widget and enabled the FeedEntry screen. All RSS screens
are back to pre-1.0 state.
