Cleaned up some lint problems. Also removed backend_connection from the
client because it was doing nothing and the old message system needs to go

Got rid of unneeded feed dialogs and updated the manager dialog (plus got
rid of some GTK bugs that were coming from the manager file). - 407. By Matt Layman

Did just enough to get RSS stuff out of the user interface. Clean up will
be needed.
