Print list of received arguments as a Maxima list in some error messages

When passing the wrong number of arguments to define_variable,
mode_identity or mode_declare, the resulting error message would
print the received arguments as an MPROGN expression.

Now the list of received arguments is printed as a Maxima list for
consistency with other error messages.

Fix lisp errors and bad formatting in some error messages

The error message for passing the wrong number of arguments to
map and friends could cause lisp errors or incorrectly formatted
output.

(%i1) map ();
map: expected two or more arguments; found: false
 -- an error. To debug this try: debugmode(true);

(%i2) map (lambda ([x], foo));
map: expected two or more arguments; found: (lambda)()
 -- an error. To debug this try: debugmode(true);

(%i3) map (foo);
<lisp error>

Now the message contains a Maxima list of the received arguments.

Updated the ChangeLog

"make install" now installs emaxima and imaxima in a place that by
default is in emacs' search path.

Now "make install" installs imaxima in a place emacs will find.

Before this commit emaxima was installed in /usr/share/maxima
which is not in emacs' search path per default.
