Reset plugin's embedded version appropriately.

Tidy up mess which had happened to changelog, with additional entries being
appended into a mislabelled 2.6 section after it had actually been uploaded.

This resets the 2.6 section to what is actually in the Debian archive, and
moves later entries to a new 2.7 section.
