Fixes custom commands for grouped terminals

As reported in lp:1414332 custom commands were not broadcast to all terminals
in the group. This fixes this bad behavior by getting all target terminals
and feeding each of these with the custom command.
Also changes the way we compare last character of a custom command to a more
python way, nothing out of ordinary.
