The diff against the ancestor r121996 is available at:

* cortexa9hf and cortexa15 : in gcc/config/arm/arm-fixed.md:97 values `neon_onlya8' and `neon_nota8' are unknowned for `arch' attribute

* i686, x86_64, aarch64_bare, aarch64 are clean
