vmtests: do not swallow output of launch or xkvm commands

We were eating the stderr and stdout of those commands, making
it difficult to debug anything there.

tools/launch: unset http_proxy when checking for web server

because we're expecting this to be "local" then there is
no reason to have http-proxy set here. it causes problems
if you have it set to something and the target wont forward.
