i needed a more user-friendly version of bzr explorer, so i started modiftying the trunk version.

- New option for lightweight checkout in custom checkout dialog
- New Contextual menu on locaiton view.
- Fix tabs rightmenu to close tab under mouse.
- Middle button to close tab
- Fixed log action on remote branch
- Added checkout button to location view
