Attempt to fix album art not appearing by querying the track list grabbed from Banshee at startup rather than trying to figure it out for ourselves. (bug 776750)

Changed the icon used where album art is not found to a generic one so that thumbnails of image results show up.

Added Video, Image and All Media sections to go along with the Music section
New sections only use Zeitgeist to search for now, and Music is the default section

Limiting the max number of results in All Music to 100 You can't really navigate many more through the lens interface. It just gets unwieldy.
Changed the most popular tracks to search through all events in the last week & display the 100 most recent matches.
No longer display All Music if no search has been entered as it will always show the same tracks in this case.
Optimised things a bit so it doesn't go looking for album art of results which won't be displayed.

Limit the number of results returned in All Music to 500
Lenses don't seem to enjoy trying to display more results than that

Makes the lens search though all Banshee's music rather than just music previously played (Bug 762051)
As such, the Ever Played section is now All Music
