* Add .bzrignore.
* Depend on node and v8 from deps/ rather than system installed versions.
* Removed "git pull" fallback from get.sh as this pulls in the entire git history.
* Removed "bzr pull" fallback from get.sh as this pulls in the lastest v8-cpp branch and breaks stuff.
* Changed the way the launcher accepts a scope ini argument (ScopeRunner config entry updated accordingly).
* Fixed "Error: No such module: contextify" node runtime error by using "--whole-archive" when linking iojs.
* Fixed node library link order.
