Use "containedin=ALL" keyword instead of naming every comment type individually. The leo sentinels are unique enough this shouldn't be a problem; we can use "containedin=ALLBUT,xxx" if needed. make Leo highlighting work reliably in Gvim and Vim, previously only worked with Cream;
Cream leo highlighting now broken, but that needs to be handled differently.

Add leo-awareness to vim syntax highlighting. Demphasises the metadata part of leo sentinal comments in common programming languages.
