Updates the README with information regarding the creating of the msi installer and the bootstrapper.

Modified the generation of the installer. This version is more reliable since we will use a bootstrapper that will allow to install the different components of the bundle using independent msi. This gives the user the freedom to install the different components as well as to uninstall them as different units.
