- Map the attrib event to an in_modify one (LP: #1043914).

fsevents.py sends IN_ATTRIB if it sees a file that has the same modified time but different ctime -- "the time of most recent metadata change".
So this will send an event when the content hasn't actually changed, but according to mandel on irc, SD will check the file hash and do the right thing.
