Fixed two issues:
1) Changelog performance is enhanced by utilizing a global ItemChangelog object instead of one object per list entry row.

2) The columns in the list extender are now lining up properly, and the support indicator is now present there as well.

Got changelogs working. Not going to be very nice to upstream stuff, lots of hard-coded values with named constants.
