Mint-Y: Only ship a single metacity theme

We know longer need the -dark variation. We also no longer need to support
the metacity-2 format since all window manager we use support v3.

Mint-Y: Add a dark variant to the light theme

Now that Mate properly supports GTK_THEME_VARIANT we add a dark version of
the theme. This allows apps that want to use the dark theme to use it.

Also adapt the metacity-3 theme to properly pull the colors from the gtk
theme so window borders will match properly in dark applications.

Mint-Y: Remove the -darker variation

This will reduce maintenance of the theme. It's the one variation that also
does not work well with our icon themes. Having a dark tool/menubar and a
light colored body does not work with either a light or dark variation of the
icon theme.

test-mint-y: Add a couple more things

When this is run we update the cinnamon theme as well as the Dark and
Darker variations. Set the cinnamon theme and copy the variations as well.
Helpful for testing.
