Added debian/copyright, to deal with a lintian warning.

I generated it like so:
licensecheck --copyright -r . -c . > debian/copyright_start
/usr/lib/cdbs/licensecheck2dep5 debian/copyright_start > debian/copyright
then I edited the file by hand.

Use - instead of ~ for version.

This seems to be what makes it not a "native package".

And make the description line shorter to avoid a
lintian warning.
