GUI should handle reconnects gracefully.

Previously, the GUI would lose its mind on a reconnect, due to the addition of authentication and not receiving a delta. This has been fixed, and the existing test for connection behavior modified to reflect changes.

Added and refactored tests for ViewportModule

This branch adds some tests and reworks existing tests to have many fewer
dependencies.

This branch also introduces a couple of test helpers that make generating test
doubles easier.

Remove the unused "units" option. Added tests.

This branch removes the disconnected "units" voice
from the service menu.

Also added some tests for the service module, and
fixed test dependencies so that now the service
module events tests can be run in isolation.

Eliminate disconnected controls.

Command line, Graph view, and Destroy controls
at the bottom of the environment are disconnected.
This branch removes them, since we have no
intention of implementing them now.

Also fixed missing rail-x.png in devel server.
