Adding gtkcairoplot.py. This file contain a main class gtk_plot, whitch extends the gtk.DrawingArea, and some othes classes (gtk_scatter_plot, gtk_dot_line...) whitch provides the CairoPlot GTK Widgets. Some changes were made in the cairoplot.py (in the last commit, forgot to mention) in order to make it possible.
